Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

Booking Policy: CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER. 1. Cancellation Notice: Guests must provide at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of spa appointments. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of $35. 3. Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the appointment. 4. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full price of the booked service. 5. Late Arrival: Guests are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time out of respect for the next scheduled guest. 6.
