Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Guests must provide minimum 12 hrs' notice for any cancelation or rescheduling of spa appts. 2. Cancelations or rescheduling made within 12 hrs of the scheduled appt time may incur a $35 fee. 3. Full refund for cancelation must be made min 12 hrs before the appointment time. 4. Guests are required to arrive at least 30 min prior to their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time out of respect for the next guest.
