Our Refund Policy

Cancelations & No Shows

Cancelations & No Shows

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a $35 fee per service.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
  •  Deposits, if required, are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice.

  •  Services are non-refundable once 20 minutes have elapsed from the scheduled start time.
  • After 20 minutes, the full service fee becomes non-refundable.
  • In documented medical emergencies, management may issue a partial credit at its discretion.

  •  Guests should arrive 30 minutes early.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services.
  • Full service fees apply regardless of reduced time

  •  Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable once any portion is used.
  • Unused portions may be eligible for service credit.
  • Monetary gift cards comply with California law and do not expire.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate behavior.
  • Guests must disclose medical conditions or allergies prior to treatment.
